Gemini's board has changed more times in the last year than the other three vendors combined. The standing oddity: Gemini 3.5 Flash output ($9.00) costs more than its own successor 3.6 Flash ($7.50) — a price cut that quietly undid a hike nobody voted for. Flash-tier input is the cheap seat at $1.50, but the output multiple jumps to 8x at the Lite tier, so the 'cheap' Gemini is only cheap if the reply is short. Omni Flash prices identically to 3.5 Flash.
